ABOUT CHEF JENN
Over 15 years experience in the Chef industry, predominantly in the Chicago and NY areas, Chef Jenn started her film and television career after graduating from the University of Kanas. Being behind the scenes and numerous on-camera appearance working in sports television, the vision came to Jenn when she started selling her own salsa in the Kansas City’s farmer’s market. The rest is history, she packed her bags, moved to NY and attended one of the most challenging, prestigious culinary schools in the US, Culinary Institute of America. After an intensive culinary training, she graduated with top honors and landed an honorable opportunity to do a fellowship at her alma mater . After completing the fellowship, she went on to corporate America and pursued culinary marketing, brand management & research and development, for several food service companies
During that time she managed to launch her first cookbook, “She Cooks She Scores” and a personal chef business. That lead to her working for a start up company called Luvo and was apart of the culinary launch team that worked closely with the NY Yankees and Derek Jeter. She develop the menu, executed and oversaw Derek’s Food Truck in NYC. She continued on her career path and landed the opportunity of a lifetime to become a Private chef to several high profile families in Chicago and for Russell Westbrook in OKC. Chef Jenn specializes in allergy friendly based foods and specializes in anaphylactic food allergy preparation. For the past 15 years she has lived with her own food allergies and knows the importance of food safety, preparation and handling.
